After months of preparation, we are going to release Seats Phase 1! We’re gradually rolling out Inspector Seats, giving QC One admins better control and visibility over user assignments.

In November 2024, we announced that Inspector Seats would be introduced in three phases. In Phase 1, users will start seeing informative messages if seats are missing—but they can continue working as usual.

What Do You Need to Do?

✅ Use the latest QC Inspector App version – See instructions here.

What happens if seats aren’t assigned?

For now, nothing major! Inspectors may see an informative message about missing a seat, but they can still work normally.

What about future phases?

In the next phase, seat assignments will be enforced. Inspectors won’t be able to log in, create, or sync inspections without a valid seat. We’ll keep you informed well in advance.
