Dear QC One Users,

Last week we have successfully deployed the latest update for QC One, which includes important improvements and bug fixes for both the portal and the application. Below is an overview of the changes:

Portal Updates

  1. Security Update
    A new security update has been implemented as part of our continuous efforts to maintain a secure platform and protect your data.
  2. Logger Functionality Update
    The logger functionality has been updated to improve its performance and ensure greater accuracy.
  3. Bug Fixes
    • Photo Glitch in Reports
      An issue where photos appeared incorrectly in reports has been resolved, ensuring all images are displayed as expected.
    • Report Email Log Icon
      Fixed an issue where the email log icon was not updating correctly, restoring its intended functionality.
    • Inbox Page Search Engine Optimization
      The search functionality on the inbox page has been refined to provide better accuracy and performance when retrieving results.
