The implementation of our Seats functionality is almost fully completed. Following this release, users who have not been assigned a Seat will no longer be able to access the QC One Inspector app.

Release Date: June 4, 2025

We’ve gradually rolled out Inspector Seats, providing QC One admins with better control and visibility over user assignments. .

Due to rolling out Seats Phase 2, seat assignments will now be enforced. This means, that inspectors who were not assigned (at least one) valid Licensee Seat are not able to log in, create, or sync inspections.

June 11, we aim to release seats Phase 3.

In this final release, inspector seats will be mandatory across all workspaces for users to proceed with inspections.
