In the past few weeks, some customers may have noticed that inspection statuses were not updating as expected. This issue has been resolved.

This issue affected only a small percentage of inspections, which made it particularly challenging to identify and diagnose.

After a thorough investigation, we were able to pinpoint the root cause. Last week, we released a series of short-notice maintenance updates to address the problem. These releases included the necessary fixes, and so far, the issue appears to be resolved.
